Problem with
order?
There's some problem with the Order form? Don't worry. You
can send an e-mail at:

and ordering the product of your interest.
• After
online confirm of your order, you will receive as soon as
possibile our e-mail with another confirm of your order and
the
total amount with shipping charge for your country.

We will
email you with your package information and the tracking
number so you can track the status of your package online.
Damaged
merchandise includes items that have been damaged in
shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent
shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have
already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping
damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging
material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you
attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will
jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not
receive credit for the return.
